My order is late

Please check the tracking number for the latest details: Yodel numbers JD000********* If the tracking shows delivered, please check with any neighbours or safe places around your property.

I have had a delivery notification but do not have my item.

On occasion, parcels may be accidentally marked as delivered prior to arrival.
If you have received a delivery notification ahead of delivery, please check with any neighbours and in any safe places around the property in case the parcel has been placed out of sight.
If still not found, please allow 24 hours in case delivery has been delayed.

If there are no further updates please get in touch.

I have received an incorrect / damaged / unacceptable item.

In order to resolve any enquiry effectively, we are likely to ask you to provide further information about the issue. 

Where possible, please ensure that you have taken photographs of the problem and that you include any batch codes/use by dates/faults, the courier label and any other information that may be useful.

When will an item be back in stock?

I ordered two items and only one arrived.

Large items are sent as separate boxes. With the increased demand for our products combined with the demand on the courier drivers we find that items are not always delivered together. Please allow an extra day for your item to arrive

I would like to cancel my order.

The easiest way to cancel is to let us know before 06:00am the day after you ordered.

If may still be possible to cancel after this time but please get in contact as soon as possible. Once the item is packed it becomes much tougher to cancel the order.

How much is delivery?

The information or pictures on your website are not correct.

Please contact our customer service team who will get the problem investigated and updated if necessary.

Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately we are not able to take payments over the telephone. Therefore orders cannot be taken in this way.

I have a safe place my order can be left.

We predominately use proof of delivery services (POD) so drivers will want to get a signature or take a picture of the item being delivered for their records.

We are able to pass “safe place” information on to the delivery drivers, it is up to them if they choose to leave the parcel as directed.  Please contact our customer service team.

 

We can make use of a non-POD service allowing a driver to leave the parcel without proof of delivery. If you are happy with this service you can contact us straight after ordering and we can arrange to add your safe place to the delivery information.

Where do you deliver to?

Can I collect in store?

Of course. Simply change the delivery address to the store you wish to collect from or please contact our customer service team. At present there is no reduction in shipping for this change.

However if you are making the effort to come to one of our stores, we suggest you call ahead and see if they have stock of the item available, come down and enjoy a browse of everything our store has to offer before making your purchase at the till.

Where did petfeeds.co.uk go?

www.petfeeds.co.uk closed on 28/02/2023. However we are joining our parent company’s online team and all the products we had available can now be purchased here at www.gladwellspet.co.uk

Although we now have a new name and a new look, we are still the same people, offering the same great range of products, but now with an improved experience and service.

We invite you to come and have a look around, as we are very proud of the work we have done so far on the new site. We are still loading products on the site and if you find that something is missing that you have purchased in the past, please let us know and we will gladly add it for you.
