Copdock Mill Wild Bird
The Gladwell family have been making Wild Bird Seed for more than 40 years. Founded in 1912 by Herbert George Gladwell, Copdock Mill originally started as a country mill. Over the years, Copdock Mill has diversified, and it still remains a family-owned brand.
It is well-documented that natural habitats and feeding grounds are declining and that our indigenous and visiting bird populations need other sources to supplement their feeding requirements. The Gladwell family were one of the first to act on this information back in the mid-1970s and produced a seed mix called “Supreme Wild Bird” and the Copdock Mill Wild Bird range was born.
All of their Wild Bird feed mixes are blended in the UK using the finest quality ingredients. These are sourced from local farmers where possible, supporting local communities and reducing their carbon footprint. Their seed bags are also made from recyclable plastic.
