Our Christmas charity collection returned for it’s 3rd year in 2022.

Customers help us gift some festive cheer by picking up a tin of Dylan dog food for £1 in any of our stores and adding it to the collection basket. All tins kindly purchased by our customers are donated to local charities in the new year.In 2020 all Gladwells Pet & Country Stores collected 6580 tins of food and in 2021 that record was smashed by an amazing 8837! These donations were sent to local charities and as a collective we hoped to beat that target again in 2022. The collection drive started on 28.11.22 and ended on 31.12.22.

Gladwells are happy to announce that this year we collected 9549 tins of dog food! We would like to thank every single customer who helped us reach this amazing total, in a year when everyone has been watching their pennies. Donations like this can make a big difference to charities who are struggling.In 2022 our store’s chosen charities were:

Rushden – Glenhurst Fox Sanctuary & Animal Rescue

Peterborough – Animal Helpline Dog Rescue
