What an incredible day giving back to Banham Zoo!

Our team had the absolute privilege of volunteering with the wonderful team at Banham Zoo & Zoological Society of East Anglia (ZSEA). We rolled up our sleeves and got stuck into some serious groundwork to support their amazing conservation and education efforts:

Moved topsoil to help build the brand-new Red Panda enclosure.

Spread fresh bark chips alongside the carnivore keepers to get the existing Red Panda enclosure visitor-ready.

Weeded and prepped the gardens at the new Penguin centre to help protect plants struggling after the summer heat.

To top it all off, we got to feed the Giraffes! Getting up close to such majestic creatures was a truly magical experience and a reminder of why local conservation work matters so much. Gladwells Pet & Country Stores are proud to currently sponsor the Giraffe feed at Banham Zoo.
